Role of The Tattoo Frame

The Tattoo Frame provides a technology and editorial platform that facilitates introductions. We do not act as an agent, broker, employer, partner, or representative of any business, and we do not guarantee leads, conversions, appointment bookings, revenue, or response rates.

Leads are not guaranteed

Quote requests are not guaranteed opportunities and do not create any obligation for a visitor to purchase services. Visitors may submit incomplete information, change their mind, not respond, or contact multiple businesses. The Tattoo Frame does not guarantee that any business will receive a minimum number of requests, that requests will be exclusive, or that a visitor will proceed with a booking.

Business responsibility and compliance

You are solely responsible for your services, pricing, consultations, scheduling, policies, aftercare instructions, and all communications with visitors. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing rules, and industry requirements, including age verification where applicable.

Use of lead information

When you receive a quote request, you may use the information provided only to respond to the request and for reasonable follow up related to that request. No spam and fair contact rules

We may suspend or remove access to the Quote System if we believe it is necessary to protect visitors or the integrity of the platform.

Disputes are between you and the visitor

Any dispute, claim, refund request, dissatisfaction, injury, or conflict arising from a quote request, consultation, appointment, or service is strictly between the business and the visitor. The Tattoo Frame is not responsible for resolving disputes, issuing refunds, or enforcing agreements between third parties.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue the Premium Booking System at any time. We may also change how requests are routed or displayed, or adjust participation requirements, to improve performance and protect the community.

Suspension or removal

We reserve the right to suspend or remove a business from the Quote System or directory at any time, with or without notice, if we believe there is misuse, fraud, harassment, misleading conduct, repeated complaints, safety concerns, or violations of these Terms of Use.

Optional paid features

Some Quote System features may be offered as paid options, including enhanced visibility or upgraded listing placement. Any pricing or commercial terms will be presented separately and will apply in addition to these Terms of Use.

Third-party links and content

This website may contain links to external websites, social media platforms, or third party services.

The Tattoo Frame has no control over the content, policies, or practices of third party sites and assumes no responsibility for them. Visiting external links is done at your own risk.
